By using this site, booking a consultation, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. 1. Scope of Practice & Disclaimer

  • Educational Purpose: Information on this website is for educational purposes and to inform the public about our services.

  • Non-Medical Advice: Melissa White is a Naturopath focusing on wellness and natural therapies. I am not a medical doctor (M.D.) and do not provide medical diagnosis, treat or cure specific diseases, or prescribe pharmaceutical medications.

  • Medical Responsibility: Our services do not substitute for medical evaluation. You agree to maintain an active relationship with a primary care provider (PCP) and will inform them of any recommendations received.

  • Emergency Situations: For any medical emergency, do not contact the clinic. Please call your local emergency services (000) or proceed to the nearest emergency room immediately.

2. Intellectual Property & Personal Use

  • Ownership: wite. your health clinic owns the intellectual property for all website content and all bespoke Health Plans, Clinical Summaries, Prescriptions, and educational resources provided to you.

  • Prohibited Sharing: Materials are created specifically for your unique clinical needs. The sharing, distribution, or reproduction of these documents or prescriptions with third parties is strictly prohibited.

  • Personal Use Only: You may access or print material for personal use only. Sharing intellectual property for commercial use is expressly prohibited.

3. Consultation Environment & Termination

  • Private Space: To ensure confidentiality, you are required to take virtual consultations from a private, secure, and quiet space.

  • Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to terminate any consultation if the client is driving, in a public setting, or if a third party is present without prior approval.

  • Fees: If a consultation is terminated due to failure to meet these environment requirements, the full appointment fee will still be charged.

4. Financial, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

  • 48-Hour Rule: You must provide at least 48 business hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than the required notice will be charged the full consultation fee. For package users, the session credit will be forfeited.

  • Clinical Bundles: Multi-session bundles must be commenced within 60 days of purchase and completed within 6 months. Unused sessions after this timeframe will lapse and are non-refundable.

  • Same-Day Illness: At the practitioner's sole discretion, one waiver per calendar year may be granted for documented acute emergencies, provided the rescheduled session occurs within 14 days.

  • Refunds: Fees are for the practitioner's time and expertise. No refunds are provided for completed consultations, opened/shipped products, or change of mind after the 60-day window.

5. Prohibited Website Use

As a condition of use, you warrant that you will not use this website for any unlawful purpose. You expressly agree not to:

  • Engage in spamming or malicious acts.

  • Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to copy this website.

  • Use data collected from the website for direct marketing or to contact individuals for marketing purposes.

6. Payments & Practice Better

  • Platform: We use Practice Better for secure scheduling and payment processing.

  • Payment Timing: Payment is due in full either before or immediately following the consultation.

  • Release of Documentation: Bespoke Health Plans and Prescriptions will not be released until the consultation fee has been paid in full.

7. Security, Cookies & Third-Party Links

  • Security: We make every effort to maintain website security but do not guarantee it. We are not responsible for viruses resulting from downloads.

  • Cookies: This website uses cookies to monitor browsing preferences in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Links: Links to third-party sites (such as vital.ly or Practice Better) are used at your own risk.

8. Liability & Jurisdiction

  • Australian Consumer Law: These terms do not limit your legal rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

  • Limitation of Liability: wite. your health clinic is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the website. Liability is limited to the provision of those services again or a refund of the amount paid.

  • Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland (or your specific state). You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within that jurisdiction.
